2 Matsuura - 600 HG - high speed machines - connected to a 60 pallet stacker shuttle system.  Each machine has 234 tool magazines.

Each machine is equipped with tool breakage, detection and probing capabilities.  This provides us with true lights out machining .

With little to no setup time or prep work needed all of the above factors make this a favorable environment for "Just In Time" manufacturing.

Currently our cell runs over 350 part numbers and is continually expanding as orders meet the criteria.
