Our newest Machine at PnJ Machining horizontal machining center and addition to our cell technology, truly lights out manufacturing. By loading the pallets (tombstones) the machine is designed for running unmanned with check features for tool breakage. The large ATC (automatic tool changer) with 308 tools per machine gives programmers and machinist flexibility including in spindle coolant. Our machines came with the newest Fanuc 31i machine controller with a wealth of preventative maintenance features for organization of scheduling. The Renishaw MP700 probe brings more to our capabilities for pallet rotation and part verification as desired. The powerful cell controller (software Mach lll) gives amazing tools for cell management including DNC. This XP based software allows networking with any computer via internet or intranet and can adjust the schedule as desired. Multiple reporting features allow for minimizing down times and fine tuning the schedule.
