CNC Vertical Machining Centers

All of our Vertical machines in our CNC vertical machining center utilize sub-plates, G10 pre set height offsets, and pinned vice jaws increasing our machine set-up improving overall productivity. Our Haas family allows us flexibility of adjusting the shop schedule based on open machine without reprogramming or tooling changes.

3 ea HAAS VF2 Machining Centers 16 x 22 are the smallest of our Haas fleet. These light duty machines are very durable and stable. We run mainly aluminum on these machines but they are very capable of running production in hard alloys.

2 ea HAAS VF4 Machining Centers 16 x 50. Both of our Haas VF4’s have rotary 4th axis allowing us to rotate parts, increasing productivity by reducing the burden of multiple loads on complex parts.

3 ea HAAS VF6 25 H.P. Machine Center 32 x 60. Our VF6’s run our monthly kitted long extruded parts. These are our longest bed machines at PnJ. PnJ has produced parts as long as 240” in this environment with capability of longer parts.
